Many Ways to Enjoy Broccoli
In our house, we all love broccoli. In fact, our children have always loved it. Even without cheese on it! We eat it all year around.
I love it roasted in the oven, with olive oil and seasonings. My husband likes it fresh in his salads, or steamed with cauliflower and carrots. The kids go crazy when I put it in my homemade mac ‘n cheese. “What?!” you asked. Well…if it tastes good with cheese on it, why not put some in macaroni and cheese?
